All products by Dustluck are made-to-order pieces, individually crafted upon order confirmation.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations may occur between items, even within the same design.Such variations are inherent to made-to-order and handcrafted production, and are not considered defects.

Each piece may exhibit minor differences in form, angle, thickness, weight, surface texture, and detail.

Minor asymmetry, variations in thickness, weight, or angle, intentional surface textures, and finishing marks or differences resulting from the production process are not considered defects.

This notice is provided in accordance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act.

[Order & Production]

All items are made-to-order.Production time is approximately 14–28 days.

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.Accordingly, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Cancellations, changes, or refunds due to reasons attributable to the customer—including incorrect size selection or change of mind—are not accepted.

These products qualify as custom-made goods under Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act.

[Shipping]

All items are shipped sequentially upon completion of production.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, and logistics conditions.Delays arising from these factors are not the responsibility of Dustluck.

The customer is solely responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information (including address and contact details).Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Products must be inspected immediately upon receipt.Any issues must be reported without delay.

[Exchange & Return]

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, exchanges and returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Exchanges or returns are only available in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments.Shipping costs in such cases will be covered by Dustluck.

If an exchange or return is permitted under exceptional circumstances, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

[After-Sales Service & Repairs]

Resizing, adjustments, and repair services are available at an additional cost.

Service availability and pricing may vary depending on the product condition and design.

Due to the nature of handcrafted work, minor variations may occur during the repair process.
